Orders and payment

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and delivery serviceability, and are accepted when we issue an order confirmation.

Payments are processed through Razorpay using the methods offered at checkout. The final total is shown before payment. We do not collect or store full card credentials and do not ask you to send card details, payment passwords or OTPs by email. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

A payment confirmation is separate from delivery confirmation. If your account is debited but an order is not confirmed, email us with your basket or order reference and payment reference before making another payment. We will check the payment and order status with our payment provider.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable discount are shown before payment. Offers apply only under the conditions stated with them.

If a genuine pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. For an order issue, return, refund or cancellation, email amenkaapi@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for our instructions before returning a parcel.

Confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation; delivery time depends on your destination and courier. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider credit time is separate, as explained in the returns and refunds policy.

Product information

Please check the product page and jar label for the coffee process, quantity, best-before date and storage instructions. Packaging appearance and screen colours may vary slightly. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective, damaged or materially different from its description.

Privacy and website content

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. Website text, branding, artwork, images and films belong to Amen Kaapi or their respective owners. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Please do not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

Website use and availability

Use the website lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, or submit fraudulent orders or payment information. Website availability may be affected by maintenance or service interruptions; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. This does not limit our obligations for accepted orders or your rights under applicable law.

Questions, complaints and consumer rights

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, communicating the resolution by email. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction available under applicable law, including your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum. Updates apply to future orders; the terms in place when your order was accepted apply to that order.
